Abstract

The influence of parenting style on child development is an important topic in the study of human development. Parenting style refers to the approach or pattern of behavior used by parents in educating and caring for their children. Parenting style can have a significant impact on a child's cognitive, socioemotional and behavioral development. This method involves collecting data through questionnaires or structured interviews administered to parents or caregivers of children. Questions can include parenting styles adopted, daily parenting practices, and parents' perceptions of child development. Every child is an individual with unique needs and development. Social context, culture and other factors can also influence the influence of parenting style on a child's development. Therefore, parents and caregivers need to consider the individual needs of the child and adopt a parenting approach that is appropriate to the characteristics of the child and the family context.
