This journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) only for manuscripts that have been accepted for publication after peer review. There is no submission fee or review fee. The APC covers editorial processing, peer review coordination, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, and permanent open-access hosting.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Domestic Authors (Indonesia) | Rp 350.000 |
| International Authors | USD 30 |
| Printed Copy (optional, domestic only) | + Rp 300.000 |
The APC is flat and applies once per accepted article, regardless of length, number of authors, or number of figures/tables. The printed copy fee is optional and only applicable for domestic authors who request a physical printed copy of the published issue; it is charged in addition to the standard APC.
What the APC Covers
- Editorial processing and plagiarism screening
- Double-blind peer review coordination
- Copyediting and typesetting of the final article
- DOI (Digital Object Identifier) registration
- Permanent open-access hosting under CC BY 4.0
Payment Procedure
- Manuscript is peer-reviewed and revised until finalized.
- Author requests the APC invoice through the journal's OJS platform (including a printed copy request, if desired).
- Payment is made based on the issued invoice.
- The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is issued upon confirmation of payment.
Invoices and the LoA are delivered via WhatsApp, email, and through the corresponding submission on the OJS website.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once payment has been made and the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) has been issued, the APC (and printed copy fee, if applicable) is strictly non-refundable, including in the event of a withdrawal or cancellation request by the author. This applies regardless of the reason, unless the issue is caused by an error attributable to the journal (e.g., duplicate charge or incorrect invoicing).
Fee Waiver
Authors from low-income institutions or with limited funding may request a partial or full APC waiver. Requests must be submitted in writing before manuscript submission via the Contact Us page, along with a brief justification. Waiver decisions do not affect the outcome of peer review.
