The current system does not support digital record-keeping or effective communication with alumni, resulting in suboptimal coordination and limited alumni participation in institutional development. The main objectives are to identify requirements for a web-based information system, analyze internal and external factors using the SWOT method, and design a development strategy aligned with institutional targets. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, structured interviews, and questionnaires for active students and alumni. Analysis utilized IFAS and EFAS matrices to determine strategic positioning via SWOT. Findings indicate the need for features such as real-time data management, alumni tracer studies, digital reporting, system integration, and responsive two-way communication. SWOT analysis places LPKA in quadrant I (aggressive), suggesting opportunities for digital expansion by leveraging internal strengths and external opportunities. SAW was chosen to evaluate various factors, including price, engine performance, fuel efficiency, safety, and riding comfort. A survey was conducted involving 100 Honda Vario owners to gain insights into their experiences. The results indicate that 18 participants were very satisfied, 39 satisfied, 30 moderately satisfied, and 13 dissatisfied. Comfort and fuel efficiency received the highest appreciation among users. Although some respondents mentioned shortcomings in certain features, most still prefer Honda Vario for daily transportation. These findings can assist manufacturers in understanding customer expectations and considering improvements in product quality as well as after-sales service. For prospective buyers, the results offer useful information to help match their choices with personal needs. The manual documentation method has created concerns about data security and its impact on customer service quality. This research focuses on creating a web-based e-commerce platform as a digital solution for Soulpict.u, enabling structured and integrated order management. Built with PHP programming language and MySQL database system, the platform streamlines the entire booking workflow. The developed application serves multiple purposes: it simplifies the reservation process for customers, provides administrators with efficient order management tools, and enhances the overall business operations. Through systematic testing and implementation, the platform has shown marked improvements in data organization, customer communication, and service delivery. This research develops an automated attendance system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology as a solution to these problems. The designed system enables attendance recording through identification card detection on reader devices, producing direct and accurate attendance documentation. Integration of ESP32 microcontroller with web-based applications forms the core of the system, ensuring centralized and easily accessible attendance data management. Functional testing demonstrates the system's success in executing all planned features. Implementation of the RFID attendance system has potential to enhance discipline, accelerate administrative processes, and promote school management digitalization. Ar-Rahmah faces challenges in recording, storage, and document retrieval processes. This research developed a Web-Based Letter Archive Information System using PHP programming language, MySQL database, and CodeIgniter framework. The system addresses three critical archiving functions: document recording, storage, and efficient searching. Research and Development (R&D) methodology with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) guided the development process. Software Engineering expert validation yielded a score of 70 out of 75, while user assessments from administrative staff and operators scored 150, and the principal's assessment reached 144. These scores classify the system as suitable for implementation, effectively resolving the previous archiving difficulties at MTs.
