Namun, operasional bank sampah di wilayah tersebut masih mengalami kendala berupa sistem pencatatan administrasi secara manual (buku tulis) yang rentan terhadap kesalahan, ketidaktransparan, dan lambatnya pelaporan keuangan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Program Studi Manajemen Informatika Politeknik Astra bekerja sama dengan KBA Tanjung Mekar merancang, membangun, dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi pengelolaan bank sampah berbasis mobile (Android) serta menyelenggarakan pelatihan intensif bagi pengelola. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 Desember 2024 di Balai Desa Tanjung Mekar yang diikuti oleh 12 orang pengelola bank sampah. Aplikasi ini memfasilitasi pendaftaran nasabah, penyetoran sampah anorganik, penghitungan saldo otomatis, serta penarikan tabungan secara real-time. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi survei kebutuhan, analisis SWOT, perancangan sistem, pelatihan interaktif dengan metode ceramah, simulasi praktikum secara langsung, serta evaluasi pendampingan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan pengelola dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk operasional sehari-hari, peningkatan akurasi data transaksi, serta transparansi saldo bagi nasabah. This community service activity aims to digitize graduation administration by developing a web-based information system for managing graduation document completeness, accessible to the Study Program Coordinator and department admins. The method used is participatory action research with five stages: needs analysis consultation, system design, application development, user testing, and socialization/training. The system was successfully developed with features including student data management, an auto-save checklist of 8 documents, upload of approval forms, automation of graduation eligibility status, a statistical dashboard, and exportable reports. Testing showed that 100% of scenarios were successful. Socialization was conducted online for the Head of Study Program and two department admins. Document verification time decreased from 5 minutes to 30 seconds per student, human error regarding false completeness declarations was eliminated, and eligible data recaps became real-time. The digitization of graduation administration successfully improved the accuracy, efficiency, and accountability of graduation services. The activity was motivated by the finding that MSME partners of Universitas Bina Nusantara (Binus) Malang still relied on unstructured manual recording, making it difficult to monitor cash flow and business financial positions. It was carried out in four stages, that are need assessment, material and recording-template design, training delivery, and evaluation. A participatory training approach was applied, combining conceptual material presentation with live demonstration and hands-on practice. The need assessment identified receivables and payables as the focus, as they are the most frequent yet most neglected transactions in participants' recording practices. Evaluation was conducted observationally, without pre-test or post-test. The results showed that all participants were able to follow the demonstration through to producing balance summaries and engaged actively in substantive discussions. The activity successfully built participants' awareness of systematic recording and provided initial digital recording skills. In practice, most teachers and pre-service teacher students still rely on printed modules and static PDF files because they lack the skills to operate flipbook-creation platforms. This community service program aimed to improve the ability of teachers and pre-service teacher students to develop flipbook e-modules in order to realize attractive and interactive digital learning, and to examine the training's effectiveness in strengthening that ability. The program was conducted online in June 2026 through a participatory training method with three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation, using a hands-on approach accompanied by intensive mentoring. Participants consisted of 28 teachers and pre-service teacher students selected purposively. Evaluation employed three instruments, namely pre-test and post-test of ability, e-module product assessment, and a participant satisfaction questionnaire, which were analyzed descriptively. The results showed improvement in participants' ability, indicated by an increase in the average score from 59.3 in the pre-test to 82.1 in the post-test, a gain of 22.8 points or a 38.4% improvement. The average e-module product score reached 84.6 in the good category, while participant satisfaction reached 92.1%. These findings indicate that the online training effectively shifted participants' orientation from technology users toward designers of attractive, interactive, and reflective digital learning. This community service (PKM) activity aims to educate and elevate the legal awareness of employees at PT. Mitsubishi Dipo Medan regarding the multi-layered legal consequences of spreading false news, encompassing cyber criminal law, civil law, and labor law. The community partners are employees across two major branches of PT. Mitsubishi Dipo Medan, namely the Sisingamangaraja Branch and the Krakatau Branch. Program implementation methods included interactive lectures, judicial case studies, and legal dispute simulations, evaluated via pre-test and post-test questionnaires aligned with the Ministry of Communication and Informatics’ digital literacy pillars. The results demonstrated a significant 109.4% increase in the participants' legal comprehension. The deep legal analysis examines the implications of the 2024 EIT Law amendment, the annulment of false news provisions in Law 1/1946 by the Constitutional Court through Decision Number 78/PUU-XXI/2023, the enforcement of the New Criminal Code (Law 1/2023) in 2026, and the application of civil vicarious liability doctrines under Article 1367 of the Indonesian Civil Code.
