Notice of OJS System Maintenance and Upgrade

Journal Managers, Editors, Reviewers, Authors, and Readers
of Yayasan YPMMA

We would like to inform you that the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform will undergo a scheduled system upgrade and improvement as follows:

Maintenance Schedule:

  • Date: July 7 – 20, 2026
  • Time: 23:00 WIB until 08:00 WIB (the following morning)

During this period, the OJS system will be inaccessible and all services — including submission, review, editing, and publication — will be temporarily unavailable.

Important Notice:

  • Please refrain from performing any activities on the OJS system during the maintenance window.
  • Ensure that all journal data has been backed up prior to the scheduled date to prevent any risk of data loss.

Portal Design and Display Information:

Please be informed that the journal portal at journal.ypmma.org is currently undergoing a redesign and layout adjustment. Some interface elements and links may not yet appear complete or may still be under development. These will be improved progressively. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Message to All Users:

We kindly request all Editors, Reviewers, Authors, and Readers to postpone any activities on the OJS system — including submission, review, editing, and article access — during the maintenance period, and to resume normal use after July 15, 2026.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to all Authors who have contributed their scholarly work through the YPMMA journal portal. Your dedication and commitment to advancing knowledge are invaluable to the academic and research community within Yayasan YPMMA.

This upgrade is carried out to enhance the performance, security, and overall appearance of the system. We will provide further updates once the upgrade has been completed. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
